Upon Satisfactory completion of both the audits of supplier and demonstration of the required scope, IRS may issue a certificate of approval. Renewal or endorsement of the certificate is carried out at an interval not exceeding 3 years by verification through audit to ascertain that the approval conditions are maintained.
