Bridge Team and Resource Management course is based on IMO model course 1.22 ‘Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork’. This course is designed to meet the Bridge Resource Management requirements detailed in Table A-II/1 of STCW 2010. The program also complies with TMSA 3a & 5a, SIRE 2.0-3.3.1 and RISQ (2-6) requirements. The course is conducted using full mission 360O ship handling simulator.

A) The target participants of this course are Master and officers in charge of a navigational watch.
B) Deck Officers and Masters requiring refresher training as per TMSA, SIRE and Rightship inspection regimes.
C) Persons working ashore as a surveyor, PSC, SIRE, Rightship inspector and anyone connected with safety of navigation.
D) Participants should hold a valid Nautical Certificate of competency (Officer in Charge of Navigational Watch)
