1. Reference is made to Technical Circular No.023/2025, dated 08th August 2025 Reg. Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on Ballast Water Management by the member authorities of Tokyo and Paris Memoranda of Understanding (MoU’s) on Port State Control from 1st September 2025.
2. In this regard, Belize Maritime Administration, vide Merchant Marine Notice, MMN-25-007 requires Owners/ISM operators of all Belize Flagged Vessel to contact the Masters in order to complete the attached questionnaire to be used by the PSCOs. The completed questionnaire duly signed /stamped by the Master is then to be submitted by the Owner/ ISM Operator to IMMARBE Technical Department not later than 31st August 2025. The completed questionnaire is to be sent to both the email addresses: inspections@immarbe.com and technicalservices@immarbe.com
3. Owners/ managers of Belize flagged vessels are advised to be guided by above and ensure compliance.
