The Shipboard staff is encountering all types of new ranks on board and whatever best of trainings done by them under the STCW the possibility of Human Error cannot be eliminated and with the best of staff sometime or the other some Incident may occur , hence a good amount of Emergency preparedness is necessary on board and also the mental preparation and mind-set of the personnel on board on the CRISIS MANAGEMENT. These needs can be fulfilled by giving fruitful ideas on On board trainings and to give necessary tips on what and how to combat a Crisis on board the vessel. These techniques makes use of how to use the practical implementation of the emergency preparedness in Crisis situation and handling the situation as well as how to response to the Media- Preferably directing to the company correspondent , however it is also important that the same is handled diplomatically so the t the EGO of the media is not hurt. This will make the efforts effective and the learner will be satisfied at the end of the session. How to make use of Theory and Practice to register the subject in the human memory and use it in future. The trainings will not only improve the skills, but their Ships performance, while also satisfying the owners to reduce losses from such crisis
Officers of the Any Branch – Deck or Engine who wants to face the contingency on board that could occur during the Shipboard operations including Marine Superintendents from the ship management companies, or Master mariners and Chief Engineers
